What is Crypsis?

Crypsis is a complete camouflage solution for those that can't afford to be seen. Whether in hunting, paintball, airsoft, or professional applications, our passion for camouflage and concealment drives us to stock functional, exotic, unique and in-demand camouflage apparel and gear.

What's the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact us is our contact form. Occasionally we may also be online on our Skype account (username = crypsis.ca). We also have a Facebook page that you can connect with us through.

What is Crypsis' relationship with Grey Ops? 

Grey Ops is a milsim paintball and camouflage website run by the owner of Crypsis, Connor. They remain separate entities, but there is an amount of crossover between them when it comes to viral marketing, promotions, and other aspects. The writers for Grey Ops, Connor and Mike, have had the opportunity to review some truly excellent gear during their efforts, and some of that excellent gear has been picked up by Crypsis as a result of that. It is Crypsis' goal to not tread on Grey Ops' objectivity through its actions and decisions.

Why do you only accept payment through Paypal?

Quite simply, Paypal provides the best security for you, the consumer. You don't need a Paypal account to pay through Paypal, all you need is a credit card. In the future we'll consider other options, but Paypal is by far the current superior choice.

Why isn't my question answered here?

We do our best to make things easy on both ends of our transactions, if you have a question you think needs public response, please contact us!

Does Crypsis have a walk in store?

Unfortunately Crypsis does not have a walk in store at the moment. However, if you live in the Ottawa area, feel free to drop Crypsis a line and we might be able to show you some of our merchandise in person.

Why haven't I received an email response from you after I used the contact form? 

Please check your spam box and junk folders, Crypsis typically responds very quickly to emails and its very unusual for us to not email someone back at all. 

How do I know how much I'll be paying for shipping?

Shipping estimates are available any time through Crypsis' shopping cart. Through the final checkout process, any associated shipping costs will be shown before the transaction is completed.

Can you label my package as a gift?

Packages will not be labeled as a gift, unless the product is indeed a gift (sent via a contest or promotion). Any attempts to circumvent laws will be reported to the proper authority.
